About TraceTrace received his B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce in 1988 and his MBA, with a concentration in marketing, from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1992. He founded Catapult, Inc. in 2000 and oversees all aspects of client management from administration to strategic planning. Trace works with the NSA-DC and serves as the Executive Director for the WRBA. He is a member of the Virginia Society of Association Executives where he is the lead of the special interest group for Association Management Companies (AMC's). Trace grew up in Arlington, Virginia and has two daughters, Catherine (19) and Nicole (16). His interests center around his daughters, home improvement projects, painting, American and Roman history and yard work.

About PatrickPatrick Knightly is an accountant with significant experience in the non-profit sector. He studied Accounting and Finance at Virginia Tech with a minor in political science. Prior to joining Catapult in 2015, he held positions as an Accounting Consultant, as the Finance Manager of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Virginia, and worked with many federal grants and contracts. He is active in several volunteer and professional organizations, and has served with distinction in several officer positions within those organizations, including roles as local treasurer, local president, local board chair, regional director, and state vice president, state president, state chairman of the board, and national program manager. He is a JCI Certified Trainer and a 2013 graduate of the Sorensen Institute at the University of Virginia’s Political Leadership Program. He currently serves as the Finance Committee Chairman of the Chesterfield County Community Services Board and as a member of the Camp Baker Management Board. Patrick manages the accounting functions for all of Catapult’s partner organizations. He is a big fan of Virginia Tech, and enjoys sailing, team trivia contests, live music, and attending the many festivals in Richmond.

About AprilApril attended Virginia Commonwealth University for Business Administration with concentrations in real estate, finance, and insurance while obtaining an Emergency Medical Technician-B certification. Prior to joining Catapult in 2014, she worked in retail banking as a Financial Services Advisor and trainer. April manages Catapult’s Physician Assistant groups including: Association of Physician Assistants in Cardiology (APAC), District of Columbia, Missouri, and Society of PAs in Otorhinolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery. April grew up in West Point, Virginia and now lives in Henrico where she enjoys cooking, photography, and working on her cars.

About NicoleNicole received her B. S. in Humanities Studies from Chowan University in 2009 and her M.S. in Mass Media Arts and Journalism from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 2014. Prior to joining Catapult, Nicole worked at a BMW dealership as a Service Assistant where she gained significant experience in customer service. She also has experience in the non-profit sector gained through serving as a Public Relations and Event Coordinator for Promises, a Richmond based non-profit that provides less fortunate girls dresses for prom. She currently serves as an Assistant Account Manager for several Account Managers at Catapult, Inc., primarily in the role of overseeing membership database.

About KevinKevin Bayes holds two Bachelor degrees from Morehead State University - one in Corporate Real Estate and the other in Business Education. Kevin has over 26 years of association management experience and prior to joining Catapult he worked at the American Academy of Physician Assistants and with the Direct Marketing Association. Kevin is also an experienced event and meeting planner. Kevin serves as an account manager for the Virginia Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects. Kevin is originally from eastern Kentucky and now lives in North Chesterfield, VA. He is a big sports enthusiast and loves to cook, paint, and travel.
